Bookings, Accommodation and Meals

It is your responsibility to book and organise your own accommodation and meals. We strongly recommend early bookings with both the Tanswells and Hibernian hotels, if you wish to eat prior to the evening concerts. This year a special Bluegrass Breakfast will be on offer at the Hibernian Hotel from 8.30 - 10.30am. $15 per head - bookings essential.

There are many accommodation alternatives, but the closest and cheapest option if you can get in, is to stay at the Old Priory itself, which includes a continental breakfast. The Priory has a variety of room sizes, as well as a number of large multi-bed male and female dormitories. Book early as it is generally booked out every year.

Note that seated lunch and dinner meals are also available at the Old Priory in the Dining Hall at that venue.
